Identity is the driving force behind this project, which revolves around the public representation of characters who have transformed our society. Some of the protagonists in this series have a notorious public dimension and others less so, but in all cases, the photography is subject to two conditions. The first is that the choice of location for the portrait is up to them. It can be anywhere, provided it is their place in the world (and the photographer is always afraid that it will be Alaska or Polynesia because a deal is a deal). The second condition is that the photograph is taken with his back to the camera.
Provocation and irony go hand in hand in a project that is, in short, the portrait of a decision. A portrait that illuminates an intimate and unknown dimension of the character.
